Sveiki atvykę į mano pasaulį. Beprotiškas dviejų gražių berniukų mumijos gyvenimas. Aš dirbu kūno rengybos pramonėje apie 9 metus ir savo aistrą prieš ir po gimdymo bei kūno rengybą išugdžiau nėščia su savo pirmuoju sūnumi (maždaug prieš 5 metus). Vadovėliai gali suteikti jums tai, ką įrodė mokslas, tačiau patirtis gali padėti jums susieti / atlikti / būti savo darbu.
Aš esu įrodymas, kad mes, mamytės, taip pat galime susirgti pilvo raumenimis... mano genetika yra kelnės, bet mano motyvacija ir valia yra begalinė – tiesą pasakius, kai tavo mamai reikia nuleisti garą – ir tai yra sveikas būdas tai padaryti. . Man patinka dirbti su mamytėmis / būsimomis mamomis. Suprantu, koks spaudimas yra ir koks reikalaujantis motinystė gali būti. Prarandu sklypą, gyvenu parkuose (ne tiesiogine prasme – bet mes visada ten) ir tvarkau 100 kartų per dieną. Motinystė yra nuostabi, jūsų kūdikiai išmokys jus mylėti taip, kaip niekada anksčiau nemylėjote. Tai aš, tikras superherojus... ne tik mama, bet ir stengiuosi visada būti Kimmy taip pat.
