Becoming a mother is an incredible experience, but let's be real—pregnancy and childbirth can take a toll on your body. The journey to regaining your physical strength and fitness takes time, and it’s all about being patient and consistent. Don’t worry, we’ve got this together! 💪💖
By subscribing to my **Online Studio** you’ll embark on a 5-month postnatal journey, with the option to join me live in my online classes. Here’s what the 5 months will look like:
**Just had a baby: Start with my **12-week Core Restore Program**, designed to gently rebuild your core strength.
Once completed,
Month 3: Corset Abs & Pelvic Floor**
In **Week 9**, you'll begin my **20-day Corset Abs and Pelvic Floor Program**, focusing on these key areas to support your postnatal recovery.
**Month 4-5: SHAPE OR my 2-1-1 Program**
Once you complete the Core Restore and Corset programs, you’ll move into **SHAPE** or the **2-1-1 Workout Program**:
**SHAPE** is a 5-week low-impact resistance training program that includes my **20-day Flat Belly & Pelvic Floor Program**.
From there, you can join me in **weekly live classes** or catch up with **playbacks**—whichever suits your schedule.
Of course, all of this is optional, but I’ve designed this 5-month bundle to nurture you through your postnatal journey, whether you're a new mum or just getting back into fitness.

When Should You Start?
Safety is my top priority. Don’t rush your recovery—it’s so important to give yourself time. During the first 6 weeks, focus on nourishing your body with fresh fruits, veggies, good fats, and whole grains. And of course, get as much sleep as possible—it’s one of the best healers!
**Vaginal Birth**: Start after 6 weeks.
**C-section**: Wait for 12 weeks.
Be sure to consult with your doctor before starting, and once you're cleared, we’re ready to roll! Let’s make this journey an empowering and joyful one! 🌟
