Q: Are your workouts exclusively designed for mothers or can anyone participate?

A. No, my workouts are not exclusively for mums. At KimmyFitness, I welcome every woman who wants to improve their fitness and lead a healthier lifestyle. My programs are designed to cater to different fitness levels and goals, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete I have something for you. Join my community today and start your fitness journey with me!

Q: What program should I start with if I have a weak core, diastasis recti, or pelvic floor?

A. If you're a mum with diastasis recti or weak core and pelvic floor, I recommend starting with my 20 Flat Stomach 5 Minutes a Day program. This program is available for a single or as part of our online studio, which allows you to complete the entire journey from program to It's a great way to start building strength and improving your core and pelvic floor health. If you have other questions, please let us know!

Q: What is the recommended program to start with when joining your online studio?

A: We recommend starting with our 20-day program that requires only 5 minutes of exercise per day, along with our 2-1-1 4-week program. After completing both programs, we suggest continuing in our online studio with the same structure. You can choose to try our other classes or stick with the same structure with an add-on 10-minute sculpt, etc.

Q: Is it possible to screen share the workouts to my TV for a bigger display?

A. Yes, you can definitely screen share our workouts to your TV for a bigger viewing experience. You can use a variety of devices such as Chromecast, Apple, or HDMI cables to connect your device to your TV. Happy exercising!

Q: What happens if I't get to complete my workout program?

If you are unable to complete your workout program, don't worry! You will have access to the program for up to one year, so you can come back to it whenever you're ready. However, please note that the daily alerts will stop after the program's original end date.

To access my online studio, you will first need to subscribe. Once you have subscribed, you can request to join my Instagram page at www.Instagram.com/kimmyfit.onlinestudio  This is where I go live daily and all of my classes are available on-demand, so you can catch up press play at your own convenience.
