Saya telah berkecimpung di industri kebugaran selama sekitar 9 tahun dan mengembangkan hasrat saya dalam kesehatan dan kebugaran sebelum & sesudah melahirkan saat hamil dengan putra pertama saya (sekitar 5 tahun yang lalu). Buku teks dapat memberi makan Anda apa yang telah dibuktikan oleh sains tetapi pengalaman dapat memungkinkan Anda untuk menghubungkan/melakukan/menjadi pekerjaan Anda.
Saya adalah bukti bahwa kita para mumi juga bisa mendapatkan perut... genetika saya adalah celana' tetapi motivasi dan kemauan saya tidak ada habisnya- jujur saja ketika ibu Anda, Anda harus melepaskan tenaga- dan ini adalah cara yang sehat untuk melakukannya . Saya suka bekerja dengan mumi / calon ibu. Saya mengerti tekanannya, betapa menuntutnya menjadi ibu dan bisa didapat. Saya kehilangan plot, saya tinggal di taman (tidak secara harfiah - tetapi kami selalu ada di sana), dan saya membersihkan 100 kali sehari. Menjadi ibu luar biasa, bayi Anda akan mengajari Anda untuk mencintai seperti yang belum pernah Anda cintai sebelumnya. Inilah aku, superhero sejati... bukan hanya seorang ibu tapi berusaha untuk selalu menjadiKimmy juga.
