我的故事
❥ 我从事健身行业已有 11 年 - 个人训练（英国伦敦）和@equinox LondonUk 之类的团体锻炼教学。
❥ 我专注于产前和产后健身。
我非常热衷于培训女性——一直是两个孩子的妈妈——我只知道我们的空闲时间是多么宝贵。然而，我的课程不仅是献给我们母亲的，而且是献给我们杰出的女性的。
