Bienvenue dans mon monde. La folle vie de maman de deux beaux garçons. Je travaille dans l'industrie du fitness depuis environ 9 ans et j'ai développé ma passion pour la santé et le fitness pré et postnatal pendant la grossesse de mon premier fils (il y a environ 5 ans). Les manuels peuvent vous nourrir de ce que la science a prouvé, mais l'expérience peut vous permettre de raconter/faire/être votre travail.
Je suis la preuve que nous, les mamans, pouvons aussi avoir des abdos... ma génétique est celle d'un pantalon mais ma motivation et ma volonté sont infinies - pour être honnête, quand ta mère a besoin de se défouler - et c'est une façon saine de le faire . J'adore travailler avec les mamans/futures mamans. Je comprends les pressions, à quel point la maternité est exigeante et peut l'être. Je perds l'intrigue, je vis dans des parcs (pas littéralement, mais nous y sommes toujours) et je nettoie 100 fois par jour. La maternité est incroyable, vos bébés vous apprendront à aimer comme vous n'avez jamais aimé auparavant. C'est moi, un vrai super-héros ... pas seulement une maman mais essayant de toujours êtreKimmy aussi.
