منهنجي دنيا ۾ ڀليڪار. ٻن خوبصورت ڇوڪرن جي چريو مامي زندگي. مان اٽڪل 9 سالن کان فٽنيس انڊسٽري ۾ آهيان ۽ منهنجي پهرين پٽ (تقريبا 5 سال اڳ) سان حمل جي دوران اڳ ۽ بعد ۾ صحت ۽ تندرستي ۾ منهنجو شوق پيدا ڪيو. درسي ڪتاب توهان کي فيڊ ڪري سگهن ٿا جيڪي سائنس ثابت ڪيو آهي پر تجربو توهان کي پنهنجي ڪم سان لاڳاپيل/ڪرڻ/ ٿيڻ جي قابل بڻائي ٿو.
