This is more than just fitness- This is real commitment and a lifestyle change. 2 consecutive weeks- 30 mins a day with a 5 min check-in. We log-in as a 1-1 via my Zoom for 30 minutes a day for 2 weeks- 14 consecutive days. 3 HiiT sessions 2 strength (weights needed- full body workout) 2 iWorkouts- No repeat sessions- cardio Upperbody Abs & Booty Legs (body weight or with weights- depending on personal goals) Consultation included- food discussion This is a Limited booking - So please check back if booking is closed. Yes this can be for a beginner, postpartum or super fit woman. Just please let me know your level of fitness via the form. Equipment: dumbbells, resistance band and exercise mat. Head to my shopping page for equipment links. Again depending on goals: Start with 1kgs and 3kgs. If you are familiar with weight training please work with a weight that allows you to work through combo movements - ie full body movements- unless booty and legs you may want to go heavier or not.
