I have a weak core / diastisis recti / pelvic floor.
What program should I start with?

Thank you for reaching out! If you're a mum with diastasis recti or weak core and pelvic floor, I recommend starting with my 20 Flat Stomach 5 Minutes a Day program. This program is available for a single or as part of my online, which allows you to complete the entire journey from program to.
